Shipping & Returns


We are a premium product service. 

To ensure quality all our products are made fresh to order so we ensure the highest quality and freshest ingredients. For this reason, orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (Does not include weekends). 

National Delivery

Shipping is a $9.50 standard, free on all orders over $75 and excluding some sales offers on all Cowells Grooming products. Australia wide postage is via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary but are generally 2 - 10 business days.

International Delivery 

For all international countries please allow 7 - 21 business days at a standard rate of $25 AD.

All orders over $75 AD come with free international shipping, excluding some sales offers on all products.

For all international deliveries times may vary due to global events outside of our control. 

What do I do if I think my order is lost? 

Lost orders are just the worst! Don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging.

If Australia post or your carrier hasn’t updated your tracking info, sometimes it’s just because the tracking scans are delayed. Carriers do not always scan packages initially when they're collected from our warehouse, but usually are scanned once they get to the first distribution center. At times, shipments will suddenly resurface in transit, be out for delivery, or even be delivered.

Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID, our fulfilment center has required we wait 14 days without a tracking update before we are able to file a lost in transit claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.

If your order has gone 10 days or more without a tracking update, please reach out to us at with your order number, and we'd be happy to help get a claim filed and replacement shipped if necessary.

Please note: After 90 days we are no longer able to file a claim for a lost order. Because of this, we will not be able to refund you for the lost item but can either issue you store credit or a replacement order.

if we send a replacement order and it is lost for a second time we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for a second time.

Refund policy:

All orders have a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive it. We track the start date of this period from the date the tracking on your order says it’s been delivered.
