Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

FREE Standard Delivery

Shipping is FREE on all Cowells Grooming products Australia wide and via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary and may be affected by COVID-19 but are generally 2 - 8 business days.

International Delivery 

International shipping is to New Zealand only within 4-12 business days at a stand fee of $15 AD. 

For other countries please contact us direct at cowells@mail.com.

Returns

We are happy to replace any product that you are not 100% satisfied with providing you contact us within 72 hrs of receipt.

Damaged and broken items

We are happy to resend any items that arrive damaged on delivery. To do so please provide a clear photo taken at the time of receiving the order, with all packaging clearly visible.

Contact must be made and images provided to us within 72 hours of receipt.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with our products, and it’s been used only once let us know, send it back, and we will refund you.

Alternatively please let us know that you are unhappy with the product within 72 hrs via email and we will replace it for you.
