Standard Delivery ($5 on all products)

Standard postage is via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary and may be currently affected by COVID-19 but are generally 2- 4 business days.

Express Post ($10 on all products)

Express post is via Australia Post.

All orders before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day.

International Delivery 

International shipping is to New Zealand only within 4-12 business days. For other countries please contact us direct at cowells@mail.com.

Returns

For all returns of unused products please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product. All returns are to be sent to 62 Brown Street, Paddington, New South Wales, 2021 along with your order number and we will provide a refund for your purchase. If you receive any damaged products please provide a image upon contacting us.

Please note:

The cost of shipping any products back to us is not covered and is at the buyer's expense.

Damaged and broken items

We will resend any items that arrive damaged, you must provide a clear photo taken at the time of receiving the order, with all packaging clearly visible.

This must be provided to us within 72 hours of receipt.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with our products, and it’s been used only once let us know, send it back, and we will refund you.
